How does it stand up under the Supreme Court Rules? The Supreme Court of Canada and the United States have difficulty overriding the terms of a private contract, unless there is "clear and present danger.” If the Articles of Association state that members purpose of association can buy raw milk, eggs, meat, pray, teach, offer health guidance, sell or barter goods, assemble, protest, or raise ostrich eggs for research, then public-sector laws that apply to the general public, should not apply to the private members of the association, nor to the Trustee of the P.M.A. You may want to read that again.
